CGV Hash Gang – sales rules, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern sales made on the hash-gang.com website by Hash Gang to any natural person of legal age (18+) or legal entity.
All orders placed on the site imply full acceptance of the present terms and conditions. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
Hash Gang offers hemp CBD products that comply with Swiss legislation (THC < 1%). Each batch is tested in an independent laboratory. The products are intended for adult use (18+).
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Hash Gang reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order validation.
The order is validated once payment has been received. A confirmation email is sent. Hash Gang reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, non-payment, unavailability).
Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Twint, Postfinance, bank transfer. Transactions are secured via our service provider Proxypay.
Delivery in Switzerland only, within 24 hours if ordered before 4pm. Carriers: La Poste / DHL. Free shipping from CHF 50. Discreet, tracked shipment. See Delivery options.
In accordance with Swiss law, the right of withdrawal applies to products that are not perishable, unopened and in perfect condition. The customer has 14 days from receipt of the parcel to exercise this right by contacting us at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
If your product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will proceed with replacement or refund after examination.
Hash Gang cannot be held responsible for the customer’s use of the products purchased. Products are intended for adults. We strongly advise against driving or using dangerous machinery after consumption. In case of medical doubt, consult a health professional.
All site content (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Hash Gang. Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
