The compact, malleable hash family. Pressed includes hashes obtained by pressing (hot, cold, hydraulic, depending on tradition) – dense texture, concentrated fragrances. This family includes Moroccan (Rif tradition) and Lebanese (red dress, Bekaa tradition). At Hash Gang: Moroccan OG (CBD < 40%) and Red Lebanese (CBD < 40%).
Pressing stabilizes the resin over time, and concentrates the aromas. Characteristic texture: a compact block that softens with the warmth of a finger, and can be crumbled or divided with a knife. Aromatic profiles are generally woody, spicy and earthy.
